NATIONAL DIABETES PREVENTION PROGRAM

The North Providence HEZ is proud to announce their collaboration with the Rhode Island Parent Information Network (RIPIN)  offering a FREE lifestyle change program to North Providence Residents who are at high risk for type 2 diabetes.

The lifestyle change program is based on research that found that people at high risk for type 2 diabetes can prevent or delay the disease through a structured lifestyle program that results in weight loss and regular physical activity.

Please take the screening test below or risk-assessment tofind out if you qualify for these free programs.  The sessions will give you the support you need to become healthier and feel great.
